About Dr. Akopyan

Dr. Akopyan, Has 26 years of experience. He holds an MSCS Degree in Computer Science (1986) and MSTCM in Acupuncture (2006). He is an NCCAOM Diplomate and a Licensed Acupuncturist (Ca), completed clinical residency at Si Chuan Academy of TCM in China.

Dr. Akopyan obtained the degree & qualifications for Medical Doctor (MD - 2012). He has private practices in Europe and United States, teaches at several TCM, & Allopathic Medical Universities. He is the honorary director of clinical and scientific research center for Haybusak Medical University of Armenia.

Dr. Akopyan is the clinical supervisor for a Swiss NGO (Nepal Pain Relief) providing Acupuncture and TCM services to regions devastated by earthquakes and floods. He serves as an elected head of Communications for the European Traditional Chinese Medicine Association. Dr. Akopyan has published several research papers on Pharma journal, as well as a textbook on Biomedical and TCM application of Elemental Nutrition ( ISBN 979-8727972175)
